1. Scope and seller

1.1 These terms apply to every order placed on f5daily.com with Hit Preless d.o.o., Žlebe 1, 1215 Medvode, Slovenia ("we", "f°5"). 2. Products

The products are food supplements (gummies). The product page shows, before you order: name of the food, category of nutrients, ingredients with allergens emphasised, amount of each nutrient per daily dose and as % of the nutrient reference value, net quantity, directions for use, warnings, storage, and the food business operator. These details are text on the page, not only an image. They are the binding product description.

3. Contract formation

3.1 Presenting products in the shop is an invitation to order, not a binding offer. 3.2 You make a binding offer by pressing the order button in the checkout. The button names the obligation to pay. The contract is concluded when we dispatch the goods or send a separate acceptance, whichever is first. 4. Prices and payment

4.1 All prices are final prices in euro, including VAT. Delivery costs are shown before the order is placed and are described in "Shipping and payment". 4.2 Where we show a price per 100 g or per kg, it is the unit price required by law. 5. Subscription

7. Right of withdrawal

You have a statutory right of withdrawal. The instructions, the exceptions and the model withdrawal form are on the page "Right of withdrawal". You can also use the button "Withdraw from contract" at the bottom of every page.

8. Statutory guarantee

The statutory guarantee for defects applies. See "Statutory warranty". It is not limited by anything in these terms.

9. Our money-back guarantee

10. Liability

Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. 13. Out-of-court dispute resolution

14. Governing law and jurisdiction
