Subscription Terms

Part of the Terms and Conditions. Check against DE § 309 no. 9 BGB (renewal and notice periods), § 312k BGB (cancellation button), SI ZVPot-1 and OZ, HR ZZP and ZOO. 1. What you subscribe to

You subscribe to regular delivery of f°5 Daily every 30 days. Product, quantity, price per delivery and delivery cost are shown above the order button and in the order confirmation email.

2. Price

• Price per delivery: €29.90 including VAT [JP] (to be confirmed)
• One-time purchase price, for comparison: €36.90 including VAT [JP] (to be confirmed)
• Delivery with a subscription: free within [JP] (countries)
• The price per delivery stays the same until we tell you of a change. [odvetnik] (price change clause: notice period and the right to cancel before the change takes effect)

3. Start, renewal, term

3.1 The subscription starts with your first order and renews automatically every 30 days until you cancel. 3.2 There is no minimum term. You can cancel at any time. 4. Skip, pause, change

You can skip a delivery, pause or change the date in your account or by email. [JP] (confirm which of these the chosen app supports)

5. Cancellation

5.1 In your account, in one click. [JP] (confirm that the app provides this) 5.2 With the button "Cancel contracts here" at the bottom of every page. It leads to a two-step online form. You do not need an account. After you confirm, we send an acknowledgement by email with the date and time. 5.3 By email to [JP]. 5.4 A cancellation takes effect for the next shipment that has not yet been dispatched. 6. Withdrawal and money-back guarantee

7. Payment

8. Our right to end the subscription
