Three things people ask.

All questions

What does % NRV mean?

NRV is the nutrient reference value: the daily amount of a nutrient that EU rules use as a benchmark for adults. The label shows how much of it two gummies provide.

Why these amounts?

Each amount is printed so you can see exactly what you take and compare it with your diet and other supplements. Nothing is hidden inside a blend.

Why no iron?

It contains the 15 vitamins and minerals listed above and no iron. If you think you need iron, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
